Echoes of Kindness

I am trying to use Raspberry Tart designer paper more often, because it was a really popular one after seeing the results in my blog candy. I LOVE the Echoes of Kindness stamp set. I pulled it out once, and fell in love with it. I have used it lots, just keep your eye out for more! I made this card before purchasing the watercolour paper. It took a while using Whipser White cardstock, but watercolour paper would be ideal for the blending. The elegant idea using the pearl and the big brad were inspired by Teneale Williams. I have used this idea on a card HERE.
Both of the stamp sets that I have used can be earned for free! Contact me to find out how!

Supplies Used:

Card/Paper: Regal Rose, Old Olive, Whisper White, Raspberry Tart DSP
Ink: Regal Rose, Rose Red, Black Staz on
Accessories: Scallop Oval punch, Large Oval punch, Mat Pack, Blender Pens, White taffeta ribbon, Pretties Kit, Flower Brad assortment

Tea Party & Butterflies

It's school time again, so that means I'm back to work! I had a really lovely, relaxing holiday.
Now to the card, I LOVE the Tea Party designer paper! It's a must-have! I made this card when the Summer mini was current and before I purchased the Flight of the Butterfly stamp set. You can make this card with only Flight of the Butterfly, but I've used Butterfly Prints, Priceless and Thank You Kindly.
I had seen a card similar to this one, and I remade it, but I can't remember who it was.
The weather is starting to get colder, and when I look at this card, it reminds me of spring :-)

Mini Catalogue Launch

Hi everyone,
Today was my mini catalogue launch! I had 12 attendees and we all had a fun filled afternoon filled with: sharing ideas, seeing what's new and making a small project (oh, and of course chatting and eating, Sarah and I made a delicious chocolate cake!)

Now, unfortunately I can't share with you the project yet, because I created it a couple of days ago and last week, Ian took the camera on a business trip. Never mind, I can show it to you in a week or so.

But I can show you a couple of the name places that Sarah made for the table. She's used the NEW bird punch with the Top Note from the Big Shot (and the cute new colours!)

Stamp Sets: none
Card/Paper: Kraft, Soft Suede, Kiwi Kiss, Very Vanilla, Rich Razzleberry or Melon Mambo

You could also cut a cellophane bag and slip in a gift card.

Candle Box

I bought the instructions from Jenny Moore to make a candle box. I am using La' Reve long burning candles and they are a different size, so I adjusted the box to fit them. We will be making these at my candle box class on the 24th of April (see side column) with this matching card.
Here I've used the NEW Vintage Vogue stamp set (a real fav) and the NEW colour- Rich Razzleberry.
The photos don't do the box justice, you'll just have to see it in real life.
I am really
pleased with the way it turned out- I hope you like it :)
Here is the front of the box:
