Easter Cones

Yes, I have a new look on my blog! I really like it, hope you do too!.....
I work as a teacher aide and I made these cute little Easter cones filled with gummy lollies for the kids. I mostly used retired designer paper, because I have a big pile to use up!
I've also made some carrot cones, and some Concord Crush cones filled with mini eggs. They are so cute and easy to make.
It's safe to say that the kids really loved them; the cones and the lollies!

Have a relaxing Easter, and remember what Christ did for us.

Summer Mini Catalogue Launch

The Summer Mini catalogue is so excititing! Here is the bookmark that we made at my launch:

I saw these bookmarks on Becky Roberts blog, who has made some really gorgeous cards and projects with the Aviary stamp set.

I always like to give a little gift to my customers at the end of the year. This year was no different, so I made each of them one of these boxes which hold some Cadbury Chocolate Favourites!
The front of the box is inspired by the very talented, Jenny Moors, who made some similar cards.

My ladies were treated to this beautiful Black Forest Gateau, which I ordered form the Cheese Cake Shop:

Hot Chocolate Purse

I held a workshop last Tuesday, we made these cute purses using designer paper and the Top Note from the Big Shot. It was really successful- everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great afternoon. We put in a matching hot chocolate sachet, using Dotto (repositional adhesive). This would be a lovely little gift to tell someone you care about them. You could also cut a cellophane bag and slip in a gift card.

Sweet Treats Baby

The "Something Sweet" stamp set is such a cutie! It is so versatile and is only available until the end of March. The Sweet Treat cups coordinate with that stamp set beautifully.
On this card, I filled the Sweet Treat cup with pink smokers.

I added a slider door, on the inside of the card so that when it comes to eating the lollies, you don't have to rip the card open to get to them:
