Step 1: Cut cardstock at 26 x 13 cm and score in half:
Step 2: Score the left half diagonally:
This is what it will look like: (the middle score line cannot be seen in the photo)
Step 3: Fold both score lines:
Step 4: Decorate! The card will require a raised embellishment to hold the top half in place.
