My sister has recently moved to London for work, and has just moved into her new apartment. I made her this card as a welcome to her new home. It's really nice getting mail when your away from home. I really enjoyed colouring in the houses with the ink pads and blender pens.I used the Neighborhood wheel, with lots of different colours.
I added Dazzling Diamonds to the clouds.
For the words, I got a bit tricky! I used the baby words out of Sweet Little Sentiments, which is a level 1 hostess stamp set. I coloured Welcome Home with the marker, and punched it out with the word window punch.
