Ella's Birthday Card

Well, on the 23rd was Sarah's bunny, Ella's birthday. Life is so busy at the moment and we needed a quick card for her (the pets always get cards and presents on their birthday's and Christmas!) I had seen this stunning card over at Jenny Moors blog and thought it was perfect. It seriously only took 10 mins to make. We made a few changes but were very happy with the result.
Lovin' the Tea Party designer paper! :)

Thought I'd share a photo of Ella!

Stamp Sets: Butterfly Prints, Priceless, Short & Sweet
Card/Paper: Lavender Lace, Whisper White, Tea Party designer paper

Lolly Pop Holder

Happy Valentines Day everyone! I hope you get to spend the day with your loved one.
I made this adorable little lolly pop holder, which can be a wee something to celebrate Valentines Day, or a little something to say "I love you." It is super easy and lots of fun to make!
So here is the front-

And here it is opened up-I found a video on how to make this over on Dawns Stamping Thoughts. I used the measurements, but changed the colours, stamps etc.
I used the I {Heart} Hearts stamp set, which is actually on a promotion, where for every set sold, $2 is donated to the relief for Haiti. Click here for more details.

Supplies Used:
Stamp Sets: I {Heart} Hearts, Short & Sweet
Card/Paper:
Pixie Pink, Green Galore, Whisper White
Ink: Green Galore, Pixie Pink, Basic Gray
Accessories: Slit punch, Mat Pack

Have a fab day :)

Tree Trimmings Slider Box

I am doing a class this weekend on this Slider Box. It will be a great little gift for Christmas! Real Red, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip and Baja Breeze are great colours for Christmas and coordinate beautifully with the Ski Slope Designer Papers. The Tree Trimmings stamp set is currently available in the Spring Mini Catalogue and is great value for only $28.95.
Please contact me if you would like to place an order or email me for more details on this class.

Fresh Cuts Christmas

I really love the way the Fresh Cuts stamp set and the Fresh Cuts notes can be so versatile and you can make a lovely card in a short time. I had this idea floating in my mind for a few weeks as I think Stampin' Up have stamp sets that you can use all year round and lend themselves well for Christmas cards. So this is what I came up with.

Supplies used: Stamp Sets, Fresh Cuts, Short and Sweet.
Ink: Riding Hood Red, Versmark.
Card Stock: Fresh Cut Notes, Kiwi Kiss. Whisper White.
Accessories: Clear Embossing Powder, Dimensionals, Kiwi Kiss/Very Vanilla Satin ribbon, Clear Rhinestone Brads, 5 Petal Punch.

Cute Slider Box!

I am really enjoying UStamp at the moment. I had great plans to make a new project everyday but it did not work out that way. I did manage to make this cute slider box using the Tea Party DSP and Sweet Stems stamp set. For the greeting on the front of the box, I used "Cherish" from Baroque Motifs. On the cards I used Best Yet, Short & Sweet and Sweet Sentiments for the words.

Another Holiday Class

It was a real privilege to spend time with the girls who came to my class. It was fascinating to see their different creative expressions. This class we made the lovely flower pot card, a lip balm holder and a chocolate bar wrapper.

Masterboard with Organic Grace

You can create a Masterboard by stamping an A4 piece of card and then cutting it into various shapes. With these I created ten cards. The Organic Grace stampset lends itself well to this technique. The colours I used were Perfect Plum, Pale Plum, Mellow Moss and Pink Pirouette. It is a great way to make alot of cards in a short time.

Fun Class

Last week I did a class for some ladies and we made a free standing pop-up card, and acetate box. For the card we used the Eastern Blooms and Embrace Life stamp sets. We used Old Olive, Rose Red, and Very Vanilla cardstock. For the acetate box we used Red Riding Hood DSP. We had a great time together. It's fun to get together with other people and create.
